The "Silver Age" will once again shine on February 26, 2008 when Warner and DC Comics bring to DVD Darwyn Cooke’s acclaimed series and newly re-titled, "Justice League the New Frontier. Here is a quick peek into the cover art for the DVD. This was a great series explaining the origins of the characters that came out of the "Silver Age", basically a reboot of older characters with new origins and a new earth as we discover later on. The best thing about the new promise of hope in this new frontier as the Space Age was just breaking is the camaraderie of the characters. The building blocks of their futures within the DC annals of the present day versions of these heroes and their counterpart original inceptions are examined. This is a real point of origin for anybody wanting to rediscover this menagerie of characters that came to be into the fold of comic history.
