Spaceballs The Animated Series

Spaceballs is a classic cult science fiction from Mel Brooks. Not exactly his best but enough to have a great following. Now there is an animated version of what seems to be geared towards kids but is really adult based humour.  Spaceballs: The Animated Series is as apropos as any other series based on some movie will have the same result. A cash cow for long gone fame. Longevity wise, I don’t see this series having success as the original movie. It was riddled with many postponements since 2007. That is a sign of trouble. With Mel Brooks at the helm with writing and voice duty for both President Skroob and Yogurt, it might be the only saving grace for the series.
