Give them a "Bone". Warner Brothers has acquired the film rights to Jeff Smith’s much acclaimed self published series. With hard work and perseverance, good things will happen. With a solid run of continuous selling of Scholastic’s colored versions of Jeff’s original black and white series, which ran from 1991 till 2004. No word yet of exactly what will be produced if either animation or live action with CGI. Considering Jeff’s run with DC Comics with his version of Shazam, it was only natural that Warner would approach him since they also own DC Comics. This can only be good news for Boneville.
