I was still in college when Thomas Knoll created Display in 1987, a pixel imaging program. It was purchased by Adobe in 1990 and became Photoshop. Photoshop has become a verb and revolutionized the image as we know it. We have come a long way since the Lascaux Cave painting of a dun horse. Happy birthday Photoshop!
