Comic book fans are rejoicing over the unveiling of Blue Beetle’s first movie poster and release date. Look for Blue Beetle in theaters on August 18th, 2023. Blue Beetle is written by Gareth Dunnet-Alcocer and directed by Angel Manuel Soto, and it will be the first Latinx-starring superhero film from a major studio. Blue Beetle originally was supposed to be an HBO Max project but got bumped into a theatrical movie.
