The season of color is upon us. There is a hint of leaves changing color. Soon in September the parade of colors will start taking shape. Autumn is nearing. Autumn is the season of melancholy. It is where life and death meet.
…light and darkness, brightness and obscurity, or if a more general expression is preferred, light and its absence, are necessary to the production of color… Color itself is a degree of darkness.
