Just when you thought you saw it all. The touch-me-not plant leaves you breathless. Just don’t breath too hard near this native South and Central American plant. It retracts and folds when slightly touched. The scientific name for this perennial herb is the Mimosa Pudica, which translated in Latin means shy or bashful.
