Doug Wright

Holy mixed up identities, I am using the above picture as a segway to the topic at hand. One of these men is not Clark Kent but the other is a super cartoonist. Canada’s own Seth and the good folks at Drawn and Quarterly are working to bring to us Doug Wright’s work. I am a proud owner of some of Doug’s older books. Many of his comic strips were never collected in book form. Not to fret, Seth will take care of that and in 2008 we will witness what I think is Canada’s own Charlie Schulz, Doug Wright will cross the 49th parallel like Beaver Tails and delight all eyes.
