Little Caesars Swings Into Action With Spider-Man Webberoni Pizza

My spider-senses are definitely tingling over this one.

Little Caesars is getting ready to swing into action with a promotion inspired by Sony Pictures’ upcoming Spider-Man: Brand New Day, and it feels like something straight out of a classic Marvel comic book.

With Spider-Man heading back to the big screen on July 31, Little Caesars is celebrating in a big way. Taking a page from Peter Parker’s hometown roots in Queens, New York, the pizza chain is launching a special pop-up event and a new limited-time pizza that should have comic book fans shouting, “Face front, true believers!”

The star of the promotion is the new Webberoni Pizza. Inspired by everyone’s favorite wall-crawler, the pizza features a web of shredded pepperoni and toasted cheese stretched across the top. It’s a simple idea, but one that looks like it leaped right off a comic book splash page with a giant THWIP! The combination ensures pepperoni in every bite, making it a tasty option whether you’re swinging through the city or just settling in for movie night.

To mark the occasion, Little Caesars is hosting a one-day Spider-Man: Brand New Day pop-up experience at Brooklyn’s historic Greenpoint Terminal Warehouse on June 27. Fans can step inside a recreation of Peter Parker’s apartment, search for hidden Spider-Man details, snap photos, and enjoy a slice of the new Webberoni Pizza. It sounds like the kind of place where Peter might rush in after battling the Green Goblin, muttering, “Just my luck.”

The comic book fun doesn’t stop there. Starting June 22, Little Caesars pizzas will arrive in specially designed Spider-Man-themed boxes. Then, beginning July 6, every purchase of a Webberoni Pizza comes with an exclusive collectible poster. Three different poster designs will be released throughout the promotion, giving fans plenty of reasons to return for another helping of superhero-inspired goodness.

What I like about this promotion is that it embraces the spirit of Spider-Man without overcomplicating things. Between the themed packaging, collectible posters, and a pizza covered in its own edible web, the campaign captures the fun energy that has made Spider-Man a fan favorite for generations. It’s easy to imagine a classic comic book cover announcing it with giant sound effects bursting from every corner: THWIP! BAM! WHAM! CRASH!

As a longtime comic book fan, my spider-senses started tingling the moment I saw the Webberoni Pizza. In fact, this hungry spider wants some pizza. The combination of Spider-Man nostalgia, collectible posters, and a clever pizza design hits all the right notes. Whether you’re a devoted Marvel reader or simply someone looking for a fun movie tie-in, this promotion looks like it was spun from the same web that has kept Spider-Man popular for more than 60 years.
