More than meets the eye. Gastrotypographicalassemblage is a celebration of typography. Nested in the cafeteria in Eero Saarinen’s CBS Building, Gastrotypographicalassemblage is a 35 feet (11 m) wide by 8.5 feet (2.6 m) designed by Lou Dorfsman.
