
Apple Maps on the Web is available in public beta, enabling users globally to access Maps directly through their browser.
Users can now obtain driving and walking directions, locate excellent places, and access useful information such as photos, hours of operation, ratings, and reviews. They can also perform actions like ordering food directly from the Maps place card and browsing curated Guides to discover dining, shopping, and exploration spots in cities worldwide. Additional features, including Look Around, will be introduced in the coming months, further enhancing the user experience.
Apple Maps may have had a rocky start, but it has significantly improved over the years. Today, it rivals or even surpasses Google Maps in many aspects. The app now boasts stunning visuals, incredibly detailed topography, and reliable turn-by-turn directions. Additionally, it provides accurate traffic updates, ensuring a seamless navigation experience for users.

Maps on the Web is currently available in English and is compatible with Safari and Chrome on Mac and iPad, as well as Chrome and Edge on Windows PCs. Support for additional languages, browsers, and platforms will be expanded over time.
