Seems black burgers are the rage. You do not need food coloring to get this effect. Just give your burgers to me, I’ll find a way to leave them well done on my barbeque. To be fair medicinal charcoal a.k.a. activated charcoal was used by Instructables member, spunk. Spunk calls the burgers, Purgatory Burgers.
