I love today’s Google Doodle of Bob Moog who would be 78 today. It’s an odd thing to celebrate his birthday at 78. Why not 80? I don’t understand it at times but the interactive doodle is cool. Why call them doodle anymore? They have gone beyond that. Moog changed music forever.
“A lot of people today don’t realize what this man brought to the masses,” Charles Carlini, a New York concert promoter, told the Associated Press. “He brought electronic music to the masses and changed the way we hear music.”
