Miss Chiquita comes alive through Jiaqi Wang’s modern, pop-inspired vision, embodying Chiquita’s tropical spirit with confidence, warmth, and playful energy. Holding a banana close to her chest, she becomes a vibrant symbol of authenticity, heritage, and joy, while her lively pose and inviting expression highlight the brand’s Costa Rican roots. Bold colors and dynamic, joyful landscapes further capture the essence of Chiquita’s tropical identity.
Jiaqi Wang, a Chinese-born, Los Angeles-based illustrator, animator, and motion designer, is renowned for her vivid, 2D, character-driven, and often surreal artwork. Originally from Suzhou and Beijing, she studied graphic design before completing a postgraduate degree in animation at the London College of Communication. Her career began in Italy at the Ilio studio, followed by London, and then Los Angeles at the acclaimed studio Buck. Now a freelance artist, Jiaqi is known for her signature “acid-bright” color palettes, clean geometric lines, and her ability to infuse everyday moments with humor, wonder, and a distinctive pop aesthetic.

She has collaborated with major global brands, including Apple, Google, Spotify, Nike, Starbucks, DoorDash, The New York Times, and Target, bringing a playful, modern energy to commercial campaigns such as Chiquita’s 2026 Pop by Nature. Her versatility across illustration, animation, and motion design has earned recognition from Creative Boom, Creative Review, and School of Motion, establishing her as a leading figure in contemporary digital art.
Launched three years ago, Pop by Nature has evolved into more than a campaign—it is a creative platform where Chiquita thrives in pop culture beyond the produce aisle. Through collaborations with international artists, each new interpretation adds fresh perspective, creativity, and personality to the Chiquita world. With every artwork, Miss Chiquita is reaffirmed as a cultural icon, celebrating the brand’s tropical legacy while connecting with the vibrancy and imagination of modern pop art.
