Ted brought back Flash Gordon, well the campy bad Flash Gordon. I always liked Buck Rogers better. Buster Crabbe played both Flash Gordon and Buck Rogers. Buster was a former Olympian who won in two Olympic Games. In 1928, he won the bronze medal for the 1,500 metres freestyle and four years later he won the gold medal for the 400 metres freestyle.
