Well here is proof that you can have the cake and eat it too. Lukka Sigurdardottir the genius behind the cake is perhaps the sweetest girl in the world in so many ways. Take a slice from life from Lukka and regenerate your sweet tooth. This is a cake that any dentist would fall in love with and put some of their kids through college at the same time. I just hope she does not have a wardrobe malfunction when she might have to go for a tingle.
