Truth, Justin And The American Way
Giuseppe Ferrario is a strange anomaly, the native Italian artist was contacted to create a whole new strip for Image comics called "Truth, Justin, and the American Way" written by Aaron Williams and Scott Kurtz. Giuseppe is no stranger to cartooning, he has worked in the Italian Walt Disney comic division in Italy. Europeans take their comics more seriously than their North American counterparts. The collaboration between two different comic styles blends beautifully together and gel to give us a rip roaring take on the 80’s TV shows with an European cartooning style. This combo is not common with Euro-American teams that can pull a book like this. This collective gathers the first issues published by Image, A special heads up for Joe Keatinge for sending a copy of this amazing book. Image Comics is doing an amazing job and is diversifying their content besides their main stable of super-hero fare since their inception.
It’s the complete first season of the greatest show you never saw: the classic tale of guy gets girl, guy finds super-suit, guy gains FBI nemesis, guy loses girl, guy loses car, FBI gets girl… well, you get the idea. You’ll think it’s the ’80s all over again as Justin and his friends fight to kepp his wedding from collapsing while fending off the feds’ who want his ultra-powered outfit.
