It is only fitting that the top-selling book in the UK is a children’s book about King Charles III. The illustrated biography of King Charles III, aimed at children, has recently become the top-selling book in the UK book chart, just ahead of his coronation. Illustrated by Matt Hunt, this nonfiction book is part of the popular Little People, Big Dreams series and managed to sell an impressive 15,786 copies in the seven days leading up to April 29th. It is worth noting that the book series as a whole sold a remarkable 495,000 copies in the UK alone in 2022.

Last January, Prince Harry’s memoir called “Spare” made history as the fastest-selling nonfiction book. However, its popularity has dwindled as it now ranks 117th on the charts and only sold 1,862 copies last week.
