Mickey Mouse is celebrating 81 years since his first appearance in an animated short called ‘Steamboat Willie.’ The lovable rodent is perhaps the reason for the global appreciation for animation enjoyed by many generations of fans and still growing. It seems CGI and animated features are at an all time high and Disney being the leader in the domain and growing with their recent acquisition of Marvel Comics. From Steamboat to Spider-Man, Disney is the entertainment powerhouse and the house of the mouse.
