California is in deep need of new cash flow, they might just turn a new leaf come this November when they vote for Proposition 19. Cannabis is the new sweet leaf that might rescue the state. Will California once again lead as the most free thinking state, or will they become the new Columbia. A legalized drug state might be the way to get rid of crime and stop the gang wars along the Mexico and California border.
