Spokane, Washington Flipping the Bird

Pedestrians are an unruly bunch. Never paying attention to street signs, jaywalkers by nature. One traffic light took matters into it’s own hand and started flipping the bird to pedestrians. The malfunctioning traffic light in Spokane, Washington is due to snow getting wedged inside the contraption and caught the attention of pedestrians.
