The day is sooner than later when studios who have a rich library of content will be made available to the public to view at their leisure. Warner is making strides this spring with a new concept called T-Works. This portal will unite all the cartoons in their possession. Their are so many cartoons that will never make the light of day to DVD. Without this overhead in budget expense, Warner will make purloined cartoons available to the public. What is not mentioned is how this will cross over to other countries who hold rights to certain characters. It’s a work in-progress but promises great news for hungry viewers who want to see their favorite shows long gone from the air. Keep your eyes on T-Works, a business model for other studios if this catches on. I most certainly think it will do great business.
