The color of a logo is very powerful. The immediate recognition of a brand is essential. Logos come in different shapes and colors, but which ones are the most powerful in the sense of color. It seems that blue is a driving force for both companies and consumers and followed second by red as a choice of color. (see large color chart)
I once asked Mark Zuckerberg, the founder of Facebook why he chose blue for his site design… “I’m color blind, it’s the only color I can see.” …and now 500 Million people around the world stare at a mostly blue website for hours each week.
