The Grinch is Back and Meaner

    The Grinch

Too mean for 2D?  Get those 3D glasses ready! Dr. Seuss’ THE GRINCH arrives in theaters nationwide on November 9, 2018. Directed by Yarrow Cheney and Scott Mosier, written by Michael LeSieur and Tommy Swerdlow, narrated by Pharrell Williams, and starring the voices of Benedict Cumberbatch, Rashida Jones, Kenan Thompson, Cameron Seely and Angela Lansbury.

Christmas is not complete without the anti-Santa Claus icon known as simply The Grinch. Fan favorite actor, Benedict Cumberbatch, lends his vocal prowness to the classic Seuss character. With three TV specials and two movies, seems we can’t get enough of the Grinch. He might be a mean one but redemption is always around the corner. Christmas is about giving back. The Grinch promises to just do that. Oh, did I forget Max the dog? He is back too!

Fun Fact: Seuss’ original 1957 book, How the Grinch Stole Christmas, was never green. He was drawn in black and white. Chuck Jones of Bugs Bunny fame decided on the color green for the 1966 animated version of the book. Chuck was inspired by an ugly painted green car that he rented.
