43 Million People Became Single on Facebook in 2010

Here is a staggering statistic, 43 million people changed their status as single on Facebook in 2010. Either Facebook is not really a sociable tool, or it’s an online square dance of changing partners. Has Facebook changed how we interact socially? (silly question) Maybe it’s making it too easy to exchange partners or be deceptive about it. 43 million single people out there are looking to hook up and what better tool than Facebook to find another significant other. It’s going to be a good year for Valentines (Hallmark) and Facebook revenue.
