And now from left field, the rage in England this year is a fad that will soon jump over to North America. A Jacket? It’s being dubbed the “goggle jacket” and “burkhas for boys”. Many eyebrows are being raised, but not the suffering garment industry in England. These jackets are flying off coat-hangers like it’s candy.
