What’s round at both ends and high in the middle with cheese? If you guessed Ohio’s grilled cheese donut, you would not be far off. I have an idea for a Food Network show. Diners, Drive-ins and an Ambulance Drive: Heart Attack Food!  I will never know how Guy Fieri makes week to week.
