Top Ten Instant Noodles Of All Time

Some people take their instant noodles way too seriously.  Taiwanese are in love with their noodles so much that they are upset with Hans Lienesch’s  The Ramen Rater’s top ten instant noodles of the year list.  Taiwan was not included in the top ten finalists.

Instant noodles were invented by Taiwan-born inventor Momofuku Ando in Japan. They were first marketed on August 25, 1958, by Ando’s company Nissin under the brand name Chikin Ramen.

Since 2002, The Ramen Rater (www.theramenrater.com) has been reviewing instant noodles. Such countries as Japan, China, South Korea, Vietnam, Indonesia and Singapore as well as Holland and England are represented by their own noodle varieties.
