In a perfect world if lawyers took over everything you would get a sign like the oneย that graces Madison Square Park before you enter. Imagine you are a kid, you better get Lucy Van Pelt for some legal advice with disclaimers posted all over parks in North America. Why are corporate faceless goons taking the fun of using a park? Lawyers are vandalizing parks with legal words of discontent.
