The National Film Board of Canada is distinctive as being an animation outfit funded by the Canadian government. Not your typical Saturday of Cartoon Network animated cartoons. Canadians pride themselves by this collective body of self expression from Canadian animators who have embellished world recognition for their labors. Leonard Maltin an ardent advocate of animation presents some of the NFB’s greatest accomplishments.
