I am reminded of Adrian Tomine’s Optic Nerve with all the Linsanity hoopla. Our silent Asian bigotry runs deep as chronicled recently with the media. Have we truly made amends with that community? Tucked away in Chinatown, we seem to think all Asians are content within our society. Silence has a way of eating you within.
