
Everybody has the next great idea. For every useful patented idea there is a crop of stupid ones. Daniel Wright is a comedian and his site Patently Silly explores the recesses of absurd ingenuity. From the bizarre to just plain silly. These are not made up patents, all were issued from the US Patent and Trademark Office. From thong diapers to the body hair and feet drying chair, human creativity is at an all time low. For every Edison there are a few bozos. “Necessity is the mother of invention.” Patently Silly asks, “Who is the father?”
