Richard Thompson’s Cul de Sac

GoComics has picked up what I believe will be the next Calvin And Hobbes in the comic strip business. The Sunday Funnies just don’t have it like they used to since Calvin made an exit. It needs a shot in the arm and Richard Thompson is ready to give you a wallop with his creation called Cul de Sac. The master of great cartooning even came out of seclusion to endorse this new strip. Bill Watterson says… "I became a big fan of Richard Thompson when I saw his book, Richard’s Poor Almanac. Thompson has a sharp eye, a fun sense of language and a charmingly odd take on the world. Best of all, his drawings are wonderful—something one doesn’t often see in cartoons anymore.
