The biggest news today is that Walt Disney bought Marvel Comics for four billion dollars. This acquisition will increase licensing deals and new amusement park attractions. Disney is positioning themselves as one of the biggest entertainment units in North America. They just keep getting bigger and diversifying to different tastes globally. Many licensing deals will be re-examined and the 5 movies deals will stay as they are right now, Disney will have their hands full with the greatest collection of super-heroes characters ever assembled under one roof.
