Some countries celebrate the coming of snow and build around the frigid conditions to amuse themselves. Take Harbin in north-east China as an example, they turn ice into a thing of beauty. They are hosting, The International Ice and Snow Sculpture Festival. This is one place where there is no shortage of ice.
