
The National Science Foundation is giving Harvard $10 million to develop a robot bee colony. For the past few years there has been a declining population of bees in the world. Without pollination many fruit trees are in jeopardy of not bearing fruit anew. A world crisis such as this will wreck havoc on economies. The seriousness of such a scenario is being taken gravely enough to build robot bees for the troubling bee population on the wane. Could these bees also bee the new spies of the future for governments who want to go undetected.
