Our worth is greatly exaggerated on this planet. We find new ways to create and destroy at the same time. Stephen Ong’s insightful little animation study of industrial progress machinery is comical at best but insightful of human discard of his environment to justify his existence. Our push-button world is stripping us of our humanity, if we are ever able to define what humanity really means to us. Our plight really seems to be one of mutual self-destruction. Returning to our roots seems so far removed to us as a collective right now. Still there are a few fighting progress to no avail as their voices are silenced by the majority.
If it keeps up, man will atrophy all his limbs but the push-button finger.
